We uphold the quality of our products and we are also committed to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. We generally do not issue refunds once a purchase has been successfully made. We place the responsibility on our customers to understand their duty to check and evaluate our products immediately. However, we are aware that unforeseen circumstances may take place concerning the nature of our products.
Subscription can be cancelled anytime, but a refund may be granted only within seven (7) days from the day the payment has been successfully made. We will investigate and validate the merit of each request. However, we cannot grant refunds if the complaint or issue falls on any of these categories:
Usage Abuse
Subscribing to any of our plans entail that you fully agree to the Terms, Conditions, and Policies of MasterToolkits.com. As a customer, and depending on the type of plan you are subscribed to, you will have access to the products anytime for as long as you have an internet connection. However, you are not eligible for a refund if our system shows that there is a record of more than one (1) product downloads after your subscription purchase, whether or not they are used by you or by anyone you have given access to your account. Likewise, we do not offer refunds for alleged unauthorized charges if our system shows multiple product downloads.
Compatibility Issues
Our products are published in different file formats, which you may select accordingly before you decide to download. Make sure you have the expertise, knowledge, and the appropriate software to open and use the product. We have specifically identified compatible software with every product and the file format types are also indicated in the product page, but you must contact us immediately should you encounter software compatibility issues. We will not assume responsibility and not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software.
Downloading/unzipping Issues
This happens due to network, firewall, browser, or internet connectivity issues. In such cases, make sure to report this issue within 24 to 48 hours from the time you downloaded the product. Failure to do so will mean you have successfully downloaded the product and or used it, and in that instance, refund requests will not be honored.
Product Mismatch
If you have downloaded a product that is different from what the product page shows or description says, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Our Customer Support Team will resolve the issue and send you the correct product within 24 to 72 business hours from the time we receive your report.
Quality Issues
Our templates are subjected to stringent quality control evaluation and checking. Contact us immediately if there are quality issues detected. We will resolve the issue within 24 to 72 business hours from the time we receive your report. If we are unable to resolve the issue within the timeframe, we will acknowledge your request for a refund.
Purchased By Mistake
If the purchase was made unintentionally by you or another person using your account, credit card or other payment method, you must contact us immediately and we will give you an opportunity to elaborate your claim. We will do an investigation, and it will be at our discretion if you qualify for a refund or not.
Remorse Towards The Product
It is important to always check the product before and after downloading it. The product page contains necessary information such as mock-up designs, product details and product descriptions relevant to the attribute of the products to help you make buying decisions. We may offer you a product replacement proportionate to the original value of the product you purchased or create one for you, but we will not issue a refund for the mere reason that you changed your mind over the product.
Product Dissatisfaction
In the event that you are not satisfied with our product, please reach out to us within 72 hours so we can rectify the issue. Please clearly state the reason why you are not satisfied with our product. We will evaluate your concern and will come up with a solution. A mere dissatisfaction claim will not be enough to honor your refund request.
Asking For Goodwill
Since we value the relationship that we have with our customers, we often cater to requests for goodwill. However, we have three conditions that you need to satisfy to be qualified for goodwill: (1) You must be a premium subscriber for at least three (3) months; (2) You do not have a bad record in our system; and (3) You have not incurred any violations of our terms and conditions, and policies.
Time-frame
Refund requests on all our products are handled on a case by case basis and will be issued at our discretion. All refund requests must be reported not later than seven (7) days from the time you purchased our product. Any request after this timeframe will not be honored, except under certain circumstance.
